½ cup Frozen Apples (with peel, diced) — ~2.5 oz
½ cup Frozen Blackberries — ~2.5 oz
¼ cup Frozen Raspberries — ~1.25 oz
Warnings:
Hibiscus may lower blood pressure; check with a healthcare provider if needed.
Frozen fruits may contain natural acids — use caution with sensitive stomachs.
Not recommended during pregnancy due to hibiscus content.
Cinnamon sticks are hard; ensure tea is strained properly to avoid choking hazard.
