  • Frozen fruits are necessary for this recipe and are the responsibility of the consumer - you will need 1/2 cup Frozen Apples (with peel, diced), 1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries and 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries.

  • Hibiscus may lower blood pressure; check with a healthcare provider if needed.

  • Frozen fruits may contain natural acids — use caution with sensitive stomachs.

  • Not recommended during pregnancy due to hibiscus content.

  • Cinnamon sticks are hard; ensure tea is strained properly to avoid choking hazard.
